Green Real Estate Advisors is a full service real estate firm providing commercial real estate valuations and consulting services for sophisticated owners of complex real estate. Our goal is to add value for our clients through technology, market driven insight, and intelligence.

Green Real Estate Advisors is independent from the influence of large brokerage houses which allows us to provide objective advice. Our clients include pension funds, insurance and life companies, REITs, developers, governments, First Nations, accountants, lawyers, and financial institutions.

The firm was founded in downtown Vancouver and serves all of British Columbia. We believe our clients’ success is also our success.

Geoff Green B.COM., AACI, P.APP. RI(BC)

Director

Geoff is the founder of Green Real Estate Advisors. He is responsible for leading the team, implementing the best in class platform, developing and maintaining client relationships, and is a key member of the valuations and consulting team.

Prior to founding Green Real Estate Advisors, Geoff spent ten years at Colliers International and ten years at Cushman & Wakefield, two of the largest global commercial real estate companies. During this time Geoff was a senior member of the staff and recognized top producer. His responsibilities included project leader, manager of national portfolio valuations, hiring and mentoring staff, contract negotiations, and business development. In recent years Geoff’s primarily focus has been institutional grade real estate assets owned by pension funds, insurance and life companies, and REITs. Geoff is known for his hard work, experience, and getting it right.

Career Highlights include:

Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1994.
Over 500 projects successfully completed ranging from individual assets, portfolio valuations, expert witness, to consulting assignments.
Over 125 office building valuations with the majority being located in downtown Vancouver.
Over 125 shopping centre/ retail valuations.
Active with the largest commercial real estate transactions including the 2019 sale of Bentall Centre from Anbang Insurance Group to Blackstone Property Partners and Hudson Pacific Properties. This transaction was the largest commercial real estate transaction in BC’s history.
Expert in Argus Enterprise, Argus DCF, Argus Developer

Graduate from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Commerce, Urban Land Economics (B.Com.).
